What a week! In a nutshell, I was in danger of not passing my math class, this in turn would have prevented me from moving on to 2nd year with the guys. Putting me off until October to start 2nd year! I had to pass my final tonight. Not only did I pass it, I got a a 98%!! ME?! An A, on a math test?! Never! I seriously do not think I've ever got an A on a math test. So I am extremely relieved, and a bit emotional. There's a lot behind passing my first year. I'm not good at committing to things, which is why I have credits from like 4 different colleges, and have lived in MOST of the Western states this side of the Mississippi river. So to buckle down, and actually complete my first year with an impressive GPA, wow. I'm a bit proud of me.

Thanks to all who have given me such support. I appreciate the "you're smart, Leo" comments, but uh, I don't know. I struggled! lol Now I can show ya how to hustle on the street and turn .50 cents into a dollar, but academic smarts? I'm not sure, street smarts yeah. In any case, first year is over, I'm exhausted from being so tense this week, and not to mention today. I studied for like 5 hours today! Paid off though. So it's time for Beautiful, you normally would get Joseph Sayers on such a milestone event, but I'm too tired to Google any recent pics. :) Oh, and I want to leave you with how I lost 2 points. y= .5 + 2.55 SHOULD HAVE read y= .5x + 2.55 LOL! Isn't that B.S.? I wanted to argue, but uh, I kept my mouth shut, and was just grateful I passed!

Oh to make the ending of my first year even better, I'm spending it with my cuz in S.F. tomorrow! woot woot! Enjoy! ;) peace

Tease

So my presentation is whack. Like, it's bad, I don't even wanna hear that it's not. I know, I didn't put the effort into it. Here is what happened. Last week, we were told to write down 3 topics, a person (could be fictional), a place or event, and something abstract...like, glue. So I picked, Red Cloud (Lakota Chief), Sturgis Rally (event in the Black Hills, I've been), and golf balls. Right? All stuff I'm in to! Well she asked that we hand them in, so we did, and then she re-distributed them back to us randomly!! ugh! I got Matt's, which was Luke Skywalker, Pearl Harbor, and sunglasses. *sigh* We were to pick one topic. I have no interest in any of those! If you don't have interest, it's hard to get into research. So anyways, I thought I'd be creative, and I touched base on all 3 with an emphasis on Pearl Harbor, the city, not the event...because that's just been done too many times. And, I don't know, I don't think it came together at all, and it's lame. Our grading is mostly how WE present it, as opposed to the actual slide show, so we'll see.

Thanks to Becullen from Twitter, it turns out I have a certain pair of shorts that um, well...they represent my "junk" quite well. It's my Twitter avi. *sigh* This blog has just went in a whole new direction. I had no idea, but now that I do know, I'm using it! In any case, so I'm wearing those shorts tomorrow, a tight t-shirt, preferably a bit see through, and will flirt shamelessly with my teacher in the hopes she loses focus on my lame presentation while I'm up there! It's a desperate bid, but my presentation calls for desperate action!

Gay Teen Suicide

It will get better.
So if you're a regular reader you know the gay mafia is always on the brink of taking my gay card! I'm not a part of the gay community, have no gay friends, I have had gay men tell me I'm "less than" because I like sports and cars and not shopping and theater, so yeah. Not a big fan of gay people. I'm not a self hater, I'm out, loud and proud and don't deny who I am, to anyone. So based on that you rarely see gay rights posts by me or actually, other than hot guys, anything gay related.

Well there is one thing that touches me amongst gay people, gay teen suicide. I had it easy coming out so I don't get it. I don't get how you could end your life, because people don't like you. It really touches me, especially the Matthew Shepard story, man, that gets me so mad...so angry. Well of course, I didn't know there were 4 highly publicized gay suicides last month, I knew of one but I guess there were a few more. Probably more than that, that didn't make the news, so I dunno I just felt I had to blog about it. I think most of my readers are straight women, lol! So cool with that, but if I perchance have any gay young readers and you are thinking of suicide, I fucking dare you to email me and tell me how you feel. Yeah I said it, I dare you, because you are not alone and suicide ends nothing but the happiness you will eventually feel for being who you are! You are not the weak one, you are not the weird one, you are not the one who "doesn't fit", you are who you are supposed to be. It's all of those people who are ignorant and haters who have the issues, you know who you are, do you really think YOU have the issues? lolz you don't. Think about it, you are the one who has their shit together. Take that to heart. I'm gonna leave you with a video by a dude who is pretty cool, he's a talented artist (he's hot) he makes sense in this YouTube vid and listen to him, he's talking the truth. It does get better! And whether you do the whole gay lifestyle and do gay pride and gay bars and gay friends, or, just prefer to be out, loud and proud and play sports and work on your 66 mustang, either way...you are okay and accepted. Gay doesn't have to be what you see on TV, I don't fit into that and I think I've been doing fine, for a long time! Hodgepodge

So a Twitter friend and I are thinking of calling my "saga" at school Leo's Anatomy! LOL. With the usual characters, Hottie, Hot New Guy, Stoner Joshua, Jessica and a few others I'll introduce as the days go by. I think it'll be a good de-stresser to tweet this stuff. Hottie text me last night wondering if Jessica will even talk to him (hello you're hot) I said of course she will. He will need some fine tuning by me but I think I can hook them up. I almost came out to him last night, but he wasn't getting it. ugh! Hello, everyone knows the way to a girls phone number is through their gay friend! Oh wait, that means I need to come out to Jess huh? Hmmm...shall be interesting. No, this will not affect my school work. LOL Just a fun past time on the side. Although if you see me posting B's, tell me to stop! LOL
