Turn Around

Finals were this week, and I have my last one tomorrow morning. It's a group project, so your grade is dependent on your group. Great. I have my part down, but I also went and completed the whole project by myself just to see if I could, and also to step in if someone needs help.

So today's blog muse is about a guy at school who I think likes me, but I never really thought about him like that. I mean, I have, but wasn't sure if he was gay or not, or if he even liked me. I'm still not sure, but he does flirt, so today we had some really good banter, and as I walked away I felt I should have turned around to see if he was looking, but I didn't. When I think about him it's always one of those "right under your nose moments", heck I don't even tweet about him. So I will see where this goes and maybe be more aggressive in my flirting? Maybe? I dunno. He's hella sweet though. Sweet is good. Hope you all have a great weekend! ;) peace

Today's Weather...

...was a mix of everything! We had sun, rain, sleet, and hail! Even some funnel cloud sightings! Mother Nature def had some jokes today. So, you get a bit of everything also.

Was a great day at school, all the guys this morning said my presentation was best and theirs sucked, lol, I disagreed. HNM didn't show up for class tonight, but I did find out I have the second highest grade in my night class! I'm only trailing by two points! I'm on it! ;) peace

School was kinda hectic this week, mid-terms, but I think I did a good job. Had a great time with SJ this week, also talked to Hottie (still not liking him), enjoyed the company of HNM in my night classes, and flirted with MG, well he flirted with me and I just enjoyed the attention. Life is good.

Ever have a "missed moment"? When you think you could have talked to someone, but you just missed the moment? I had that today. I was coming out of Safeway, and this guy was walking in, we did the eye thing, he smiled and I should have turned around! I didn't though! :( I don't know why, I just feel like that's a desperate thing to do. If he wanted to talk to me he could have said hi! lol In any case, my post for the day. Enjoy! ;) peace

School today was pretty simple, my homework was done, got more assignments, and now I have more homework. Same ol same ol, I know.

Oh, before I forget...in order to get my first certification in IT (A+ cert), I need to pass my school's practice cert with a 95% or better...twice. While this is why I'm going to school, this term hasn't been that important to me tech-wise because of all my other classes. Well now I've got like 2 weeks to get two certs, and I think I'm the last in my class to qualify for the actual A+ Cert. Today, I took my first school cert and passed, so at some point this week I have to do that again and then schedule myself for my 701 A+ cert. I ALSO have to do my 702 A+ cert, in the next two weeks (while passing my school's practice 702 A+ cert, first, twice) and I have yet to study for that. Will I do it? I sure as heck hope so, I'm not stressing like everyone else because, I just have a feeling I'll be okay. I'm good at this. Sorry if none of that made sense, it's kinda hard to explain. haha! :)

Today my buddy at school told me to take the school cert, he said I was ready for it. I told him I wasn't confident enough to do that, he said "You're like one of the top students in all of our tech classes...you are ready." So I had to turn around my way of approaching the school's practice cert test. It's the same "learning mode" test(s) I've been practicing, only now it will be in my school's "practice cert mode". Once I did that, I did great and like I said, I passed. Let's hope I can do it again this week!

Took my last final tonight, got a 97, I debated one of my answers with my instructor and he gave me a point back so now it's a 98! LOL hey I work my ass off, you're gonna give me the points I deserve! So keeping my 4.0 for another term. Exhausted, finals week sucks. Now I get to turn around and start it all over again on Monday! Only one class with hottie and Stoner Joshua will be back too, good times. ;) peace

Tonight was my first night class with Stoner Joshua. Went okay but he's so not into it. I'm glad because it's a new class without the normal people from Leo's Anatomy! Hot cute guy in my class named Jose, cute butt. lol Turn Around! ;) peace

So I'm ready for my part of the team presentation tomorrow, I think it's interactive, it's personal and it's funny as well as informative and inspiring. I'm the shizznit!! Now my team members, not so much, I've decided I'm going last. I'm gonna be the anchor that brings our lame ass presentation back up! woot woot! At least that's how it's going in my head. I hate public speaking so I wish I could give my part facing the other way but I know they'll just tell me to Turn Around! LOL (like that! see how I snuck that in there? skillz) ;) peace

Just got back to the house, was a nice weekend. Chris is back but his bag is packed so I guess he leaves in the morning. Should be a busy week, oh my birthday is this week too!
