Songs of Sunday

Had the best weekend to end my first year of school! Yesterday I did San Francisco with my cuz, and today went to a powwow with my other tehansi (cousin). I start second year on Tuesday night, sooo looking forward to it. I have school on Saturdays for the next year, so yesterday made it that more special for me.

Couldn't ask for a better weekend. So tomorrow brings a new day, and I had to use one of my favorite songs and vids, Start of Something Good with the vid by JJ he does such a good job!

For those who have followed me for awhile you know, I adore JJ  he has some channels on YouTube JJTheTrue and  jjsbay. He is such a talented editor, he picks the best songs, the best pictures of hot men and puts them together in a way that makes you kind of go, "wow".

Well JJ put out a new video that is a modern, sexy version of Start of Something Good. I love the song, I love the editing and the men...so hot! I'll make it work, I always do.

That phrase has gotten me through so much sh*t in my life. It's true though. So I thought I would move into a room for rent this weekend and it didn't work out that way. So I'm kinda screwed because I don't have money for next Monday and Tuesday, get paid on Wednesday. Missing school is not an option. I do have a hotel room until Friday though, so I will be at school each day this coming week. That's what is most important! I dunno, I should feel down, and I had "moments" today, but it will work out and I will make it work, I always do!

Start of Something Good

I started my day out getting locked in my room! LOL My doorknob has been acting up lately and this morning it decided to completely break, so yeah that's how my day started. I got out through my window ate 6 mini corn dogs with hot sauce and then took the doorknob off. Hopefully I can get a new one this afternoon to put on. I have a quiz tonight and a bunch of tech homework to do! I'm being optimistic that because my day started off kind of sucky, that means it's only going to get better! So of course I have to post my favorite YT video, I mean you just can't have a bad day watching this and if you do, well watch it again! You'll feel better! ;) peace
